Help Me Choose

Here are two variations on an image. Please help me decide which one to display in my online gallery, which I'm finally putting together ...

I like 1 better. I think the dried leaves on the ground in the FG look better. Good luck with your gallery.

One has a slightly higher level of saturation than the other. It's better to look at them side by side, i.e. have two windows open side by side to really see the difference + decide which one is more effective. I hope a few more bods won't mind going to the trouble of comparing them for me, I'd really value a few opinions here

On my monitor No1 looks the better of the two, however; if I am undecided I print both and judge from that. After all the print should be the end product!...Kenny

I can't see a huge difference between them, but perhaps compared side by side No. 2 has a slight edge - but it's very slight and is different from others views. Sorry I'm not able to be more help!

I prefer No. 2 but it is very marginal. I would like to see the very light, sunlit tree trunk on the right darkened just a touch. At present it is rather dominating.

I prefer number one, although both are excellent. I admire the tonal range and sense of depth you have achieved and look forward to viewing the rest of your gallery when its ready.

Not much in it

but I'm going for the second one as I prefer the saturation of the leaves on the floor

Same as well Charlotte #2, there's not much in it but on this screen #2s got a touch more saturation, good luck with your gallery

NOT MUCH BETWEEN THE TWO CHARLOTTE, BUT I WOULD SAY THE FIRST ONE, AS
IT SHOWS MORE PERSPECTIVE.

number one for me - the light looks more natural on the righthand tree...i think!
