High Contrast Flag
I got bored at work the other day, and i had taken a few pictures in to print, and i started messing with contrast on a few, and i really like the way this picture turns out. let me know what you think

im not 100% sure this works for me......... i kinda like it but then think naah........ what i would like to see tho is the tip of the flag, i think cutting that off definately effects the image as a whole.

I think the high contrast works for the flag, but I would look to lose some of the background by either cropping , or re-shooting with less depth of field to kee the emphasise on the flag.

Not sure a patriotic American will be too happy to see they now have a black, red and white flag instead of blue! But then I'm not a patriotic American.... come to that I'm not an anything American! Fun shot and the tight crop works very well.
