Inside The Beehive

Ken Livingstone's Council Offices beside the Thames. Fascinating internal architecture. Kept waiting for Ken to come out and say I couldn't take photos....

Nikon CoolPix 8800 1/5th sec (I'm quite fond of Nikon's VR technology)

No security there then Chuckles ? I would have thought there would be restrictions on photography in such a place ! Shows how much I know ...

Btb - great photo, including the peeps movement - adds something of the busy - busy ... for me anyway !

Thanks for the comments and your excellent spiral staircase Dave. Been looking for one of those....

Well, there was some security - had to pass thru an airport style detector and have bags searched by big burly security guards

Incidentally, that set-up at the bottom was, in fact, the studio set for the "Politics Show" being shot live the day we were there - a Sunday. Free entry as well.
