Stayed in a hotel with rather interesting decor and design - it made a change from shooting landscapes. No flash and no shopping.

That looks very familiar...not the Wrightington Country Club near Standish, Wigan is it?

Very nice shots.

I'm coming down to England Saturday/Sunday and I pick my 580EX Flash up in the morning so I think I'll be doing a few indoors shots meself over the weekend!

Hi Bachs - no it's the Hotel Astarea in Mlini just outside Dubrovnik. I took a shedload of landscapes so this was a nice change. I'm just in the process of deciding whether to get a 580EX or save some mullah and get a Sigma 500 Super. I might just go for the Sigma cos I can't see me getting my full money's worth for the Canon.

looks like its stepped out the 80's! Acoustically a nightmare too i dont doubt.
