irish cricket

Hi,

finally geting round to posting my first cricket shots. I've only got a 70-200mm zoom which fell way to short but i tried my best with it, focusing was a problem but worked around it eventually!

i only got to see india batting and only saw 1 wicket action wise! I will need a bigger lens for more matches but let me know what u think! Also i couldnt be bothered changing to a better angle!!!

lol naw im a tea-totaler P-E! the tents were packed though right enough! when i arrived it rained for about 3hours and when people were coming back out of the tents for play they were talking some sense!

There's no such thing as tea total Irishman not when we went to the NW200
The second one would have been better if you had been to the right of the gentleman sat watching but you got the timing

ill be honest it was more luck than anythign gary, the 4th ball of the innings and the 2nd one i shot, hadnt ever had the camera at cricket before, usually trying to play a bit!

Do you shoot every single ball gary?

Do you shoot every single ball gary?

Not every ball i i frame the shot then open both eyes so i can watch the bowler to time the shot, sometimes i'm watching for action in the out field like this one

kumble the legend! i was sometimes using manual focus for the action so i couldnt get any fielders unless i didnt go for the batsman shots! hadn't got the tripod with me either!
