Just.....
used the Sigma for the first time in ages the other day, just to try and remember if it was sharp or not in macro mode (spoiled by the Tamron now...
 ) ....was still quite impressed...100% crop (each small bottom line is 1mm)  |

Clearly a good sharp macro shot. It goes a bit soft towards the edges, especially in the lower third, but not enough to worry about. Let's see some detailed macro shots you have taken with it so we can see how well it performs.
