D70.....60mm Micro Nikkor, this was hand held, thanks for the quick response.

i might be tempted to add a border to bring the image out, and perhaps a tweak on the contrast, just to give it a little boost
did you shoot RAW or jpeg? |

I have to agree, the focus is spot on and the uncluttered background really adds to the shot. I also like the way that you have used the edge of the plant to frame the picture.

Love the colours and the depth of field
Being slightly picky it would have been even better if the petal hadn't cut over the edge of the ladybird, picky though
