Yeah too bad about the background Ian, but still a great shot! Wonderful expression yes. Looks like he's having a good laugh at all the photographers trying to take his pic, and he just won't co-operate. LOL I"m loving all these cat photos. Their excellent shots!!! I would be framing them if they were mine

What settings did you use on that one Dave ? they look sooo different ? or is it in post you got that ? Shutter speed: 1/400 sec Aperture: 5.6 Exposure mode: Av Flash: Off Metering mode: Evaluative ISO: 200 Lens: 100 to 400mm Focal length: 400mm Last edited by IanC_UK : 14-08-2005 at 21:29. |

I think the difference is from upping the contrast and adjusting the saturation and colour balance a little. Comparing the 2, I think I have overdone it. It looks like it has a yellow wash on it now.
I do tend to be overzealous with PS. I must learn to be more subtle :headshake |

OH !!! LOL i was thinking i had issues somewhere ! I tend to find going over 20-25 on saturation looks unnatural on PS !
Oh an i am certain there are more we have that are pretty similar ! lol just a matter of different timing etc ! Last edited by IanC_UK : 14-08-2005 at 21:35. |
