This is a difficult subject but I think you have done well. Perhaps the white could be a touch brighter and you should clone out the seed at the 9 o'clok position.

I have a light box I want to try but first I have to sort out the spare (Junk) room to make space to set it up. I am sure that the room has a carpet in it but we cannot see it

Hi
I did fiddle with the white but I risked blowing (haha) the edges. I also considered losing the seed head - but left it in as the pic is the last dandelion of the season!

As far as junk room floors are concerned....I know the feeling...my last two light box shots have been taken on the patio and this one with the light box perched on the sofa. I am quickly realising that housework and photography are not good companions!
