Local church spire
I am only a beginner but I was trying to find a good angle to get a shot of this spire. My friend told me to try and put something in the foreground so I hope it looks ok. Please tell me what you think. I am reading everything on Pixalo and learning a lot of stuff I never knew before. Thanks for looking.

Grrrrr! I keep telling you Dixie to stop worrying so much and to stop putting yourself down. So what if other people have more experience? That will come in time and on this board you are never judged, just helped with constructive advice.
However, I am proud of you that you finally picked up the courage to post one so well done. This is a good shot, you didn't need to worry at all. Putting the bush/flowers in front does make a difference and you found an angle to get the whole spire in (tiny bit slanted to left but no big deal) so well done. As promised, I am adding a rep point which I said you deserved when you put a picture on display :o) WTG! Cheers, Rob

great shot Dixie, i agree with Rob in that you shouldnt be so feared to put yer pics up here no one is gonna judge you as we all know we all had to start somewhere!

Look under the name area with member details and stuff. At bottom are three box buttons. The middle one has a tick and a cross on it. Click on that for the person you want to give a rep point to and you can add a comment if you wish too.
