Mid Hants Railway (56k Warning)
Took the little one to the Mid Hants Railway today - him armed with my Kodak LS753, me armed with my D70. Here's some of the shots. If you or anyone you know is into steam trains, this is a great place to go. Working trains, restoration projects, etc (they're currently working on The Bittern, which is an A4 Class, similar to the Mallard, Sir Nigel Gresley, etc. They also do Thomas The Tank Engine days out and ... Real Ale Trains... [smilie=b:
Tips and comments would be most welcome! [smilie=t: Cheers Chris When we got there...  Spotted out of the window on the way down the line. And yes, the shed is slanted!  Routine maintenance...  The train that pulled us...  Almost finished restoration...  Slightly more than a winter rebuild...  One of the stations...  Our drivers...  More pics available if you want to see them... |

Chris could you resize your images please, they are all above the forum guidelines.
It took a while for them to appear for me and I'm on Broadband. There is now a guide in the tutorials section to help with image resizing for the web. You will find it HERE if you require it. Thanks You have some cracking shots here, the first shot I would crop the platform out of the image, with some of the left hand side. Matt |
