Migran Hawker
I hope this one will be of some interest. It was taken late summer 2006, at the long end of my 100/400 mm lens. Hand held, no mono pod, but IS helped a lot. Comments welcomed and appreciated.

Love the lens, I can't seem to take it off, Great colors on this shot, the big flys around here never stop and or very hard to find, love to see how it's done, thanks for sharing
