Mini One Pt2

After having another idea regarding rigging, I tried it out on the old faithful mini before trying it on the GT40, kinda test run ... I prefere these two over the last mini shots.

What do you think ?

Great shots, the second one is my favourite, the sharpness of the car against the background, the colours and how it is tilted really brings it to life.

This whole rig idea has cost me £10, and that was to hire glass carrying handles from the local tool hire place, I then bolted two of my tripod legs to it using exhaust clamps from a friend.

The third leg of the tripod was used against the car after protecting it a bit more by adding extra rubber feet.

I wasn't driving at the time of taking the shots, I was walking beside the slow moving GT and/or the Mini. (which was driven by the lad next door, with his seat back and only holding the steering wheel at the bottom.

Car speed was about 1 mph, and the exposure was about 2 seconds at F22, ISO 100, with a PF added.

Hope this is of some use, have fun.

Very effective
I am surprised that you got away with such a long exposure, I would have expected vibration to have ruined the sharpness of the cars - especially on something like a GT, however it appears not as they have turned out great

Excellent rig, although I'm surprised the GT owner allowed that to be stuck to it
