Is more actually less?
I 'think' I prefer having the whole bank of clouds in as it is quite 'moody' but it has been suggested, on a previous upload, maybe I include too much sky at times.Thing is though
 : I like skies,I do .Anyway heres two more from Tuesday.PS.this is already a crop as there was even more sky 'involved' !!!!!!!!!! More:  And less:  |

These are good, water
 In this case there is plenty going on in the sky, clouds, contrast, tones - something to look at. |

However
 the dark strip of grass (shadow?) at the bottom doesn't seem to fit in. I think there should be more of it or crop it out. |

If the one with the top cut off was by itself, I wouldn't say "include more sky". However, having seen the other one, and knowing that there's only a little bit more sky on top to be had, I would say more is more in this case. Cropping it off does make it look like there are more clouds though, so yeah....that was helpful and made loads of sense didn't it?

Love the first one, that sky is wonderful. Personally I love landscapes with lots of sky. I would have cropped a bit off the bottom to get rid of the shadowed grass, but crop that sky, Never!!
