My cat, I like this

I was just testing out my Sigma (again), and this was the first shot I took. I cropped it tighter, and did some PP, and it came out an image that I really quite like. What do you think?
Unfortunately the resizing meant that the detail is a bit meh, but it's alright.

thanks,

JM

Re: My cat, I like this

It's pin sharp isn't it? I would be tempted to go for an even tighter crop, just taking in the head and shoulders.

It really is! I think I must've got a good copy! Even sharper on full size version. I will do the crop now and get back to you.

Re: My cat, I like this

Actually, when I tried the crop, it made the image sort of "lose its shape", and I am not so sure that it would work! Perhaps due to her backwards going angle, but I agree in most any other situation it would work.

Nah, leave it as is JM, you've caught a good position and captured a bit of character as well. Lovely little shot that, great to see the lens is doing the biz .... helped by the person using it of course

Cheers,
Rob
