Apart from those niggles, it's a good shot, well done. I particularly like the angle you've captured the main flower head at, and there's good detail in the centre of the flower. Looks like you're going to have loads of fun with your new D200, congrats

Yes, I agree with charlotte, crop a good one and a half inches off the right and I think boost the exposure by about a stop as it looks a bit dull here. You've got nice differential focusing with the main flower nice and sharp and the smaller one to the left blurred off, exactly what I'd be looking for in this kind of shot.
