my missus thinks i'm going mad!!

I had a bit of a mad trip last night, let me explain. I decided to go and take some snaps locally nothing really planned just thought i'd drive about. Anyway left home about 7.30 yesterday evening i drove about abit looking for some photo opportunities. About 8.45 i find myself in portland 35 odd miles from bournemouth tooks some snaps 2 hours later i'm in weymouth harbour took some more snaps. By now its 12.30am and i'm getting carried away

i have a brain wave to drive 30 more miles along the coast to Lyme Regis and catch the sunrise. At 1.30 i'm in the passenger seat bedding in for a couple of hours

. At 4am i'm up sleepy but camera and tripod in tow walking along pebble beach, end up going ass over tit in the dark i came off worse luckily and my gear survives. I take more snaps and finally get home at 7.30am......

My missus thinks i've lost the plot

Anyway i've posted (or rather flooded) the gallery section with me nights spoils.

Well all I can say is it was well worth the effort, looking at some fo those shots. Only had time to comment on some, will take a better look tomorrow.

cheers dave, yes i'm pretty chuffed with them, i might of over tweeked a few of them in photoshop though i got carried away. I've been out alot recently and just dont seem to come back with much that i like, so last night was pretty good. Dont think i'll be doing that for a while though...

I put the alarm for 4am this morning to go out to take some pictures but when it went off I turned over and went back to sleep

Great stuff! I did that last night aswell, was messing about on the computer, went to bed, read a mag, coulden't sleep, got up and waited till sunrise for some birds to appear, felt worse of this morning

and the doctor told me to rest!
