Well I am still going to say this is a Hollyhock. (or a hybrid)
Lupins as you can see from the picture that Angela has posted have a tight flower that points upwards. The flowers are also closer together. I think buy looking at pictures on the RHS site that this is an Alcea. The flower match but on this heads are set closer together. |
