New Brighton Tarmac Rally (56K)

Who would have thought that they've been running a tarmac rally 10 minutes drive away from me for the past few years. I certainly wouldn't have. Kinda cool to see rally type cars tearing it up on familiar roads.

The 'sexiest car there' has to be my fave.
That and the Mk2 escort, you can almost feel the speed of it with the front corner dipping like that.

A few of them seem to be a little grainy to me. Or is it my eyes this morning?

I think its your eyes.

They were shot at ISO200 and most should have had noise reduction applied.

Like the B&W treatment on the static 2... very effective... shame the sun didn't come out for you. Looks like fun... must have been noisy.

The sun was off and on. It never really cleared the clouds and yet I was/am very sunburnt. The sound of the cars was very very very nice to listen to
