i do like the white shots but this is growing on me..

its a lovely shade thats for sure, very cosy and warm looking, not sure how the colour would work for boys tho, it strikes me as a very girly colour. lovely image tho and what a gorgeous smile she has!

Whilst I've enjoyed looking at your series of shots with the white BG, you can have too much of a good thing. The white does lend itself to Hi key shots best, so it is nice to see some variation.

BG can add to an image. As Fi said this one gives a warm feel to the picture, and sometimes a bit of texture does not do any harm.

That colour really suits a portrait of a little girl, but make sure that the back part that is hanging is really well ironed or use a shallow DOF to blur it so you cannot see the material, just the colour.

thanks for the feedback and advice ref the bg..

i do have a blue in the same material " will try it on my male model"
when he wakes up later..

not a problem mate. i have a set of lights called falcon eyes

the ones you see in the back of most magazines for 200 pound

hope this helps some..
