please help
hi there ,
I have scanned my mom's photo for entering the greencard lottery programm,this should be : scanned at a resolution of 150 dpi maximum 62,500 bythes 300 by 300 pixels Ok everything is fine except its bigger than 62,500 bytes, how can i fix it without changing the pixels ? please help the entry is ending soon thank you sooooooooo much |

If in photoshop, choose "save for web" & decrease "quality" until it states the filesize is below K limit you are after
