Polarising Filter aids getting dramatic Monochrome shots
As promised, here are the 1st shots taken this evening with Polariser. Does make getting those blacks in to the sky a hell of a lot easier

DAVE yes im shouting now I HAVE TO GO OUT AND GET ONE
just got back from Rutland to find the post man has left a note saying I have two pakages to pick up the wife only knows about the gary fong thing not the 50mm 1.8 now I neeeeeeeeeeeeed one of them fillters |

No tripod
I'm to lazy a) to buy one & then b) to take one out ![]() On serious note it would have helped as shutter speeds were pretty slow to be hand holding ![]() |

It looks like you found the spot you like, I have just discovered mine, "if where talking about a colorized polariser" I can adjust the tint 3 ways or 360 degrees. My spot helps make darker blue in the skys,,. Is that what helps you convert to black, the darker blue?
anyway,,like your shots, #3 with sun is great. |

I don't do a lot of black and white shots, when I do I freely admit I try and copy everybody on here, so when you see that black sky in a post of mine,,,
