Portrait?
This is my first shot at doing a proper portrait, but quite Dragan style!

I like this Jack but can I ask, did you add the noise/grain yourself for effect? It is noisier than I would expect otherwise and that wouldn't have happened in compression. A touch dark on his right side but overall you've captured your dad very well here.

No, actually I didn't add the grain, funnily enough. I shot it at ISO 1600 though, and this is maybe what cause it. I did a less-noise version which is what I originally put on here, but thought it looked a bit odd so I changed it. Colour is a little different as well:
