Primroses
A lot of flowers pics on the go so thought I'd give it a try.My 18-125 Sigma doesn't focus very close so I used my Olympus 5060 compact camera.I couldn't remember how to get in on the macro setting
![]() so this is the 'normal' manual mode,at the 115mm end, shot in Raw.I darkened the background and blurred it a bit to make the flowers stand out more. Not as classy as the shots using a macro lens but I think it's okay. "marcinklysewicz" has shown wonderfully, with his macro work using a compact and add on lenses, what is possible with less than 'ideal' equipment :Anyway, this was taken in a wood near Elphinstone: ![]()
