Re: Prunus Serula
First, I'm disappointed that Prunus Serula is not the name of an exotic young lady! Now that is out of the way, the shot is a super abstract with texture and as you say, colour. I think i'd have cropped it just a little to take out the edges of the branch (trunk?) in the top left and bottom right corners.
