Very nice series there Ken. I love the clarity and warm tones of #2 and #3, I also like the last shot as well, the dramatic sky is fantastic. Nice vivid colours in all. I must say Ken, I'm never dissapointed when I click on a post of yours. Great work!

i love clicking on a post that has your name attached to it ken, a great set of shots, but i feel some seem oversaturated, whether its my new monitor or what i dont know, have to wait and see what others say.

i like them, they are a little overdone, but thats the processing ken uses, and so it seems to work!

I don't mind the processing, I'm just not keen on the subject matter. The second is nice but the rest aren't really doing anything for me this time.
Sorry Ken, I REALLY like your stuff usually. |

Thanks for the comments. I didn't add any saturation directly to theses...I promise. And did infact desaturate 1,3 and 5, the last one although I hadn't noticed at first but does have a halo around the back of the machine thing.
Sorry dod! but I was like a kid in a candy shop, the oppurtunity to photograph something that doesn't have green in it.........Definately be going back!!! I can tell you it was bloody freezing cold, although it looks warm, I couldn't feel my thumb whilst doing the cf4 thing....see Matt I did give it a go! 3 and 4 shows how cold it was with the frozen puddle. Got quite a few shots and if I can process them any better I'll start another thread if you don't mind. Thanks again. Ken. |
