Rock The Castle

Following my shots from Rock the Priory a couple of weeks ago I wasked to shoot this similar event in Hertford last Sunday just before I went on holiday. It was also the perfect opportunity to put my newly delivered D200 through it's paces. I came back from holiday yesterday to find the local paper had used eight of my images and again had not used any from the photographer they sent on the day.

Let me know what you think.

Excellent shots, with the last one taking the prize for composition. I presume the paper had your permission to use your shots?

2nd and last Mono's kick butt !!! Some great angles there. Can I ask which lens you used on these 2 shots Colin ?

Ref your newly aquired D200...I'm not jealous

. Any chance you can answer my query in this thread please Nikon D70 vs D200 - Image quality & post a quick review in the Equipment section on the camera also

Then I can keep referring to it when i want to upset myself more

The lens used on the last shot was the 18-70mm kit lens and on the second to last it was the Nikon 80-200mm AF-S.

I'll go and have a look at the thread now.
