Really liking #2 tho would prefer a sliver off the bottom and the top and LHS cropped off to leave droplet in the corner for a more pleasing comp
#1 I find a little to much saturation altho a pleasant enough image #3 looks interesting but I find difficulty getting passed the burned highlights |

Like Mark, I think the second shot is great. I would crop it very slightly tighter and attack the levels quite severely to make it darker and richer in saturation. A very slight, subtle vignetting would also help focus the viewer on the subject too.
