Rufford Abbey
The monks quarters in Rufford Abbey have always fascinated me. Lighting contrast were extreme so it was an interesting exercise. Comments good and bad welcome I can learn from both.

Re: Rufford Abbey
hey i ts my favourite subject............ love the vaulted ceilings in here.......... tell me this wasnt hand held cos i know how hard it is in this type of situation to get the lighting spot on and u have manged it beautifully. i would have liked the piller on the right to be either in or out as its cut in half but its a really nice image! well done

Hi Fi, (sorry) your dead right it wasn't hand held, there are two separate exposures superimposed here.

Re: Rufford Abbey
I like it! You've done really well given what appears to be a very awkwardly lit area. Love to see a slightly larger version! B&W suits the subject!
