To be honest Ray, I am not sure there is a lot that attracts me to this shot. It isn't anything you've done wrong, it's just a grim day and all a bit featureless. I am not sure if this is the same Saddleworth Moor where the infamous Moors murders took place but if so then i guess looking grim is somehow appropriate!

Can I ask why, curiosity or otherwise, you stuck your kit lens on when you now have an L series 17-40mm lens? I know the kit lens has 10mm extra but other than that frankly there is nothing in this world would make me use a kit lens when I have an L series in the bag
