Re: On safari ( well almost )
Lovely shots CGS. MyY fave is the second one even though I can't remember its name. I believe it's in the same family as the capybara and agouti but can't be sure. Superb focusing, which lens was that with? I am guessing the 70-200mm lens that you list in your Gear.
The tiger is also superbly focused, maybe just a tad tight on the cropping but stunning sharpness all over. Really good work, well done ![]() Cheers, Rob ps Which safari park was this? Woburn is close t you so am just guessing it could be there but maybe elsewhere?

Re: On safari ( well almost )
Ah, Whipsnade, having lived in Dunstable, just down the road from the Downs, I should have guessed that LOL. Lovely shots all three, I really must give Whippy a visit next time I get up that way. I tend to visit Longleat more than any other as it is closest to me.
Cheers, Rob |

Re: On safari ( well almost )
Very nice set of shots CGS
I thought this looked like Whipsnade, it was the Rhino paddock and the Mara gave it away to me. I'm looking forward to going back there a bit later in the year. ![]() Here's a shot I got of the Rhino's last year (or maybe the year before that, I forget)... I wonder if they're the same one's in your shot, baby should be grown up a good bit by now ![]() |
