seal pup released...
I was at St Marys lighthouse when this couple turned up with a yellow bag and walked to the water - where they let free a young pup...it hadn't been able to cope in the recent storm and they found it -but not after the poor thing had been attacked by a dog.
it's ok now and was returned back to the sea      more pics here - Whitley Bay Seal - a photoset on Flickr
