Selective colour

I don't really normally go in for this too much but I was playing about with a graphics tablet I picked up recently and thought these didn't work too badly, don't think I'll use it too often though. C&C welcome, as usual

nice work dod the first I'd say didn't need the selective treatment subject would've stood out as it was. The second image works really well especially as I'd guess some of the stuff in the background is brightly coloured makes it easier to focus on the guys face

thanks for the comments, really just mesing about with the tablet. Bit strange to use really, I think it's going to take a bit of time to get used to.

And I just noticed the top one needs some more work, there's a few bits not done properly

I know how difficult it can be to isolate the subject in the surroundings at these events, and you've done a great job with this pair.

I would fill in the white area in image #1 (top left) using the rubber stamp tool.

Like these a lot Dod ... really adds punch picking out the pics in this way !

Although I suppose it is possible to overdo such a trick you seem to have it balanced really well !
