This was taken from the other direction from my other Shambles shot, and on a different day. The lighting was challenging, with the sun lighting up one side of the street and the other side in deep shade.

A difficult one with that sun (and maybe worth burning back that bright white) - liking that roofline to lead down the lane

Another good one with a lovely lead down through the shops........and not crowded as it is when I've visited

I did have a go at that Mark, but it did not work well. This most likely due to my incompetence in editing, but another factor that perhaps clouds my judgement, is that having been there, and so know what the scene was like, changing it made it just look 'wrong' if you see what I mean, especially with the reflection. I think I'm unable to detach myself enough, if that makes any sense.

Maybe I'm over-doing it.
