Re: Smoking
I like both!
![]() Seems to me that you've picked the right colour background for the subject in either case. |

Re: Smoking
Both
Sorry But the white suits the colours as does the black. Also how are these done, I'd love to have a go. Can you post a mini tutorial on this thread. |

Re: Smoking
I prefer the white one just on the content alone (not mirrored like the black) but both backgrounds suit the shots.
These are very well done ![]() |

Re: Smoking
These are great. Not sure which I prefer - both are excellent but maybe the white one just wins, for me.

Re: Smoking
I'd go for the white background too - it looks beautifully simple. How are you doing these? They look great...

Re: Smoking
I love both and you've done a cracking job with them Ian. One tiny point, I don't think the white BG needs a double line frame. It is fighting slightly with the picture so maybe worth dropping back to a single line.
Lovely stuff, very effective. I've seen this done a few times but none better than yours ![]() Cheers, Rob |

Re: Smoking
Very impressive!
I'd also like to know how they were done. I like both a lot, but agree with Rob that a single line frame would probably suit the white one better. |
