Some aerial abstracts
After the winter storms finally abated we have had a lull of weather in the highlands however work has not allowed me time to take to the air during the day. I was out on Sunday night however and captured these. Hope you enjoy!

Re: Some aerial abstracts
Wow, what an amazing set of shots, patterns you would never be able to see, let alone appreciate on the ground. I aprticularly like number 4. Thanks for sharing these unusual images

Re: Some aerial abstracts
Definitely "wow"! The light on some of these is fantastic! Do you suppose the farmer was getting bored in 3 and 4!?

Re: Some aerial abstracts
Excellent work there, like this set a lot. I do enjoy abstract and these are very different as they take a view most of us rarely see. Love the angles you have chosen for these Gary, well done.
Cheers, Rob |

Re: Some aerial abstracts
Beautiful shots, lovely lighting, as many have said. Also like said #1 is the nicest for me. Great ideas and composition. What did you do this from? Plane? Copter? wings

Re: Some aerial abstracts
I was so curious about the "70's wallpaper pattern" that I stopped this week and asked the farmers neighbour if he knew what they had used. Appasrently it is a satellitte guided soil tester which they have used in anticipation of planting potatoes in this field for the very first time - fancy, eh!
