Hi Gandhi - I not sure about the tint on #1. #2 is a belter. #3 I like very much but I think a crop across the shingle would give a better balance - but still a good shot in it's own right.
You guys who live near the sea have a definite advantage Thanks for showing.regards |

As a fellow seaside dweller I like them all
For me the second one appears to have a warm tint. The first looks more like the scene really would early in the morning. |

Another great trio Ghandi ! Agree with Stepheno about #3 - losing about two thirds of the shingle makes it a much stronger composition ... only imo of course !

I think they're all strong shots but like the others, not quite sure about the tint in No1, it's maybe slightly too strong

3 corkers there Gandhi, I really do love coastal shots.
Is the first one a touch pink, or is it me (I *am* colourblind BTW ) |

Only about a 2 hour drive from where I live ![]() Thanks for the commens guys, the tint on the first one was deliberate, I was trying to get a different atmosphere from that one, more early morning than sunset, I've obviously gone a bit too pink. I was basically seeing what different effects I could pull from the raw file. Hence the slightly warm tone of the others. I take the point about the crop in the third one too, I didn't notice at the time, but it's a bit 50/50, true. P.s. surprised no-one picked up on the dodgy halo's on the last one, or where you all too polite to mention it? ![]() |
