In the first shot it was my PP that burnt the highlights but l liked it but i have re cropped it and reworked it, what do you think

Well done recovering those highlights, and you still have a nice halo thru her flyaway hair + RHS of her body for a lovely rimlit effect. Cropped a bit too tightly IMO, I wouldn't have cropped anything off the RHS, and keep all her head + hair in at the top, including flyaway hair. I definitely think it's lost something with such a tight crop.

I liked the original and agreed with Charlotte's cropping suggestion. On this one, I think you cropped too much - return her entire head with a bit of space around it to take advantage of the back lighting in her hair and you will be well down the road to a good image.

Yes - I think the crop is too tight now, and although I salute you for getting the highlights back, they do add something to the original. Maybe a halfway point would be the way to go?
