Day two and we went to Capri, lovely island but very expensive and very crowded, this first image is from the town above the port.




We then went to Anacapri and this is from inside the Church of St Michel IIRC which had a beautiful tiled floor.



A chair lift took us to the top of Monte Solaro, the highest point on the island. Thought I'd try something a bit different with this one...

I had a fortnight in Sorrento in 2003, and I loved the place. It was so buzzy (in more ways than one), and it is very central for stuff to do. Some of my monos are of Sorrento.

I didn't bother with Capri, but did the trip to Ischia, and the Amalfi coast twice, by boat and coach.

It's a great place i'd like to re-visit. Thanks for the memories.
