Spring is Sprung 2
Continuing from yesterday's crop of shots, a couple more for your comments
Primula Went for this primula against it's more diminuative (and yellow) brethren. Maybe a little orange/dark? ![]() Tulip Yellow Tried to isolate the one tulip (with selective focus) that was showing some yellow in the swathes of tulip and box hedge. Maybe a bit too dark? Was going for dark side of light! ![]() ![]() Camelia Bud Camelia with blue/white/pinkbells behind ![]() Whitebell Against bluebells. I should've gone for 1 more stop of DOF (that one bell!) ![]() Camelia Carpet Can't remember the name of the yellow thingies(!) but liked them in amongst the fallen Camelia petals ![]() Comments, good, bad, indifferent all very welcome!

Re: Spring is Sprung 2
Can't make my mind up where the focus is on no1 although I've probably drunk too much this evening already
No 3 my favourite out of another good set |

Re: Spring is Sprung 2
I've just commented on my two favs in the gallery, but to save you having to go over there, I really like #1 and #4. I disagree about the one more stop DoF in #4, i think you have it just right (again).
Super set Mark - well done. |

Re: Spring is Sprung 2
Like them all, #1 could do with cropping a little off the bottom I think, the last one is very nice!

Re: Spring is Sprung 2
How are #1, 3 and 4 different?
# 1 is centered, and has less dynamic emotional impact. # and 4 are off center and much more interesting. I like the single flowers rather than the field or group. skip |
