Re: Sun and Rain in Falkirk
Love the 1st + last ones
I like everything about the 2nd one except the angle at which the dead tree is slanting; because the trees behind it are vertical, the combination of straight/sloping lines makes my eyes go funny Oh and the FG twigs should either be sharp or cropped out.3rd one of your lad looking bored (while his Mum takes photo's) is good too ![]() Good work Fiona |

Re: Sun and Rain in Falkirk
He doesn't look stroppy. More sort of asleep
![]() What processing did you use? HDR or a subtle LA? |

Re: Sun and Rain in Falkirk
in the mono ones just a normal mono conversion....... both the trees are hopefully a subtle HDR...........lol for once i havent gone near LA!

Re: Sun and Rain in Falkirk
I only considered that it might be (very subtle) LA 'cos you used to be a staunch "I don't do hdr" girl
![]() The HDR is subtle + very nicely done |

Re: Sun and Rain in Falkirk
I like the first best
![]() It almost looks like there is a hand clutching the small branch (just over half way up on the left) - as if an arrow has been shot into the tree and the hand is about to pull it out. And, no... I've not been drinking
