Sunset on the Wirral - 2 more pics added
![]() One taken during last night's trip out to capture the sunset. We went to the lighthouse on the North East bit, then headed west along the top to find a good suitable spot for the sunset, got here, realised there wasnt much, then raced back to the original spot just in the nick of time. I managed to grab this just before we set off back. Looking at it now, I'm not that pleased with it as I was 10 minutes ago. There's only been some quick and dirty editing involved, cropping, exposure adjustments on RAW conversion, and a bit of unsharp mask. Regards Last edited by Bod; 26-07-2005 at 12:40. |

You bugger, you said that you had missed that shot
Its a very atmospheric shot mate, it could be anywhere in the world.

Love the last one. The 2nd to last seems to be lacking. Theres not really much to look at.

Three purdy ladies sat chatting ![]() Nevertheless I agree with you. I wasn't going to post it at first, but thought 'what the hell'. I could have taken the shot better, and then post processed it properly, but I'm afraid that's the best I can get out of it. It's not a 'printer' thats for sure, but I do like the silhouette and the 'two tone' contrasty element to the image. Rather like a Yin/Yang looks, but totally different, if that makes sense.
