Driving along a lane near my home I came across this traveler who appears for a few days once ever year. Luckily I had my powershot A640 with me. I stopped for a chat and asked permission to take this picture. He told me that the duck follows him everywhere.

nice one...there are loads of travellers heading up towards appleby for the annual horsefair...

Very nicely comp'd - maybe a touch oversharpened?

I love the composition here but it looks like a heavily done HDR shot, rather artificial. It could be just over-saturated and sharpened, not sure.

Hey John, when you say he 'appears' each year, you don't mean literally I hope? No wonder the duck follows him everywhere <g>

Thank you all for your helpful comments and yes, I sharpened to 150 at 1px radius and increased saturation to +8 all in photoshop.
