Ty Hafan
Yesterday had a jolly 18 mile walk for Ty Hafan children's hospice. Luckily didn't rain all the time!
![]() So, question. It's raining, so should I show the rain on the lens: ![]() Or remove it! ![]() Was a lovely walk along the Brecon canal and then up and over to Talybont reservoir. The sun nearly came out a couple of times! ![]() ![]() |

Re: Ty Hafan
18 mile walk nice one.
Think I prefer the one with the rain removed from the lens as my eye is led towards it. |

Re: Ty Hafan
Without the rain also & that last shot gives a real feel of perspective.

Re: Ty Hafan
That is a beautiful part of Wales to walk in and I'm really quite envious!
Definitely without the rain! |

Re: Ty Hafan
Thanks everyone!
Ahh. but if there wasn't all that rain, Angela, it wouldn't be green! A variation on the "No such thing as the wrong type of weather, just the wrong type of clothing" - much used by one of the two weather presenters on our walk! ![]() |

Re: Ty Hafan
I have a weather sealed camera & lenses no hair to get wet but as soon as I heard the rain on the window early this morning I turned over and went back to sleep
(I was going to go over to Lincoln). |

Re: Ty Hafan
Think I've stumbled into a website: Wimps Anonymous! LOL!
OK. I'll admit it: rarely deliberately go out if it looks like rain. Now snow, that's a different story! ![]() Oh, and this time: waterfall in New Zealand. Not rain but water drops horizontal (can't quite see it at this size). Got v v soaked, but camera OK! ![]() |
