Warm those toes!
What with all the 'lovely' weather we had yesterday, I decided to put the fire on for a bit of comfort. Just thought I'd share some of that warmth with you all

Actually, today is the warmest day of the year so far where I am (Dorset), several degrees above normal for the time of year and I've been walking around all day in a t-shirt! But it's the thought that counts Cheers, Rob |

One of the great thing about new members joining is that they often look further back at pictures we first saw on here a couple of months ago or more. I am finding it fascinating because I am seeing the exact same picture that I saw a while ago but often getting a different feel for the image.
You'll see from my post back in January when this image first appeared that it didn't have much impact for me personally because I was seeing it on a day that was pretty warm for January, no frost, snow or whatever and actually the temperature was in double figures celcius. This time I am seeing it and although it's not exactly freezing outside it is very grey and miserable and this image is really warming and cosy! I really must go back and look at a few shots that other people have in their galleries from a couple of months or more ago and see what I feel about them this time round. Might be a fun exercise for others too? Cheers, Rob
