Re: Waters Meet
Really like #3, but the others are all very well done too, great exposure and water blurring effects, if slightly lacking in interest

Re: Waters Meet
Photographically, I'd say No 2 is the best as it has a good angle which creates a more dynamic composition and the water flow is 'complete'. In picture 3 the fall of water is cropped and so is incomplete. there is room for that to happen sometimes but I don't feel it works here. No 1 is too straight so you just have horizontal lines which are not as dynamic as diagonal lines. The last one is ok as it goes but the waterflow is too small to be of much impact and there isn't much else in the shot to make it interesting.
Ray, it's really good to see you going and trying out different ideas, looking for different angles and things, well done ![]() Cheers, Rob

Re: Waters Meet
You're definitely improving. When summer comes and there are more interesting things about, I'm sure you'll get some really great shots. Keep up the good work.

Re: Waters Meet
good effort here Ray. What lens did you use? I see you have a wide angle. Another approach is to find a close fg anchor, the options are endless. Another point is to get your favourite comp sorted and then wait for best light. good luck
