He looks a noisy devil. Would be worth uploading straight into Gallery gategory of "Widlife / Animal Photography" . That way you get to keep all the appreciative feedback against each picture in your Gallery
 Have a look here for guidlelines & we look forward to seeing lots more chirpy shots there

I can see it in the Gallery now
Your personal Gallery is already present, but you need to upload a photo to see it. You can either upload to "Members Gallery" in which case it will only come under your Member name in that section, or place it in one of the categories such as wildlife, in which case it appears there plus also in your own Gallery..... it's all magic you know

What a lively character !!!
What equipment/range was it shot at? The birds are in full voice here at the moment which makes a refreshing change to the noise of the city that I hade become accustomed to back in Manchester. |

Full frame
 Canon 350D sigma 70-300 macro from 35mm EOS days with first time out for 1.5 converter from Campkins. 100th f8 asa 200. over 40 foot away at top of birch tree. Sitting having coffee in garden lined up on tripod and remote on feeder so had to tilt lot like a monopod to get angle and use normal release - hence some shake I think. |

Your having us on now...in the second shot the bird has a different pose
 The full frame version does look sharper but judging from your description of how you captured the picture I think you have done well.
