Well it looks like you did pretty well, despite the rain. Nice one.

Good shots, although Tiger look slightly out of focus. That leopard needs a bit of exercise

Great shots Ian, your getting the hang of this.
Your processing has come a long way also. Don't forget you need the eyes in focus, and use the depth of field button to make sure enough of your subject in in focus. |

Was Banham Zoo in Norfolk, stayed with my parents for a couple of days, and called in on the way back
is not a huge place, but they have really thought about photographers, glass walls on all of the big cat enclosures (except the cheetahs for some reason) , some of the enclosures are a bit small, but they are building new ones to replace them ! 11 quid i think to get in, well worth a visit if you are ever in the area. |

That hawk thing in the third pic just looks like it's challenging you to take one step closer.

I really love your photos, especially the ones of the birds of prey. It looks like you were right up close (I'm presuming you were standing a fair way away when the shots were taken?). It is harder to take photos on rainy/overcast days, but you did a good job with your photos.

Good shots though. I like the third one best, has a good deal of impact, I must try and get out to the local safari park when I get my new camera next week. Got any good tips? (Other than goin when it's sunny )
