The above shots were all taken on an "open day" to allow the public to see behind the scenes of places that are not usually open to the public, the hippodrome is nearing the end of a massive restoration project, the ditillery has already been half demolished with the remainder probably going soon, and hte barony theatre is usually just open to watch the end products!

I love No 1, it has captured the texture and age of the scene really well. 2nd doesn't do much for me at all, without knowing it is part of that old distillery I would just see it as a shot of an old, and not particularly interesting, staircase.

I like the sharpness and slightly strong contrast in No 3 but the composition of No 4 if you see what i mean. I think you could pp the 4th to the same feel as the 3rd and it would be stronger for it.

No 5 immediately struck me as being very 70s looking. I love little old theatres like this, especially when it's (almost) named after me
