Young Kestrel
Whilst taking photos of a cricket match at the weekend, I happened to see some kestrels flying around the ground. Whilst I love cricket it was a mind numbingly boring game and so I took photos of the kestrel instead. I am not overly happy with the result but it was taken hand held at 400mm and as such the focus is just a little soft. Does anybody have any advice for taking such photos? particularly given that you don't have a lot of time to hang around waiting for these birds to pose for you.
All advice gratefully received ![]()
